For Sesame Street’s 47th season, Like a Photon Creative was commissioned to create S IS FOR STORYTELLING, an imaginative segment created in the interest of early childhood development, specifically letter recognition. 

S is for Storytelling is a 2 minute mixed media segment, which features a brother and sister telling a story about the day the beach. The segments starts out as a live action piece and transitions into a wild hand drawn 2D animation.  

Working with the Like A Photon team, Fade In Studio’s Peter Johnston directed the live action segment, with Camden Casey operating camera. The final segment aired on PBS and YouTube boasting over 300k online views.
